Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional (SBCPP) is Sage's cloud-based payroll software, designed to simplify payroll processes and keep you compliant through tax year-end. LAR and Associates implements it, moves your payroll across from Sage VIP or Pastel Payroll, trains your team, and supports it.
The product
Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional runs fully in the cloud, so payroll and HR data can be reached from wherever you work, including on mobile devices. Sage applies legislative updates automatically, from PAYE to UIF, so the payroll keeps up with changes in South African law.
Alongside payroll it covers leave management, with company-specific leave policies tied into the payroll fields; personnel management, including interviews, training, qualifications and remuneration; and Employment Equity guidelines in line with current South African legislation.
Employee self-service gives managers and employees a paperless way to handle leave, claims and personal details. Reporting and business intelligence tools give insight into the workforce, and Sage holds ISO 27001 certification for information security.
Sage makes Payroll Professional available across Southern Africa and the wider African continent. We have migrated payrolls from Sage VIP to Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional with no downtime affecting the monthly payment of salaries.
