Which products do you work with?
For ERP and financials: Sage 300 and its add-ons, Sage Evolution, Sage Intacct and Palladium. For payroll and HR: Sage 300 People, Sage VIP Classic and Premier, Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional, Sage Employee Self Service and Palladium Payroll, plus outsourced payroll. We also work with Sage CRM, Xero and FlowCentric workflow, and build custom integrations between them.
What is an ERP assessment?
An ERP assessment is a review of your current ERP infrastructure. It is the first step of an engagement, so we can agree what to change before anything is configured.

Where do you work?
We work with clients in South Africa, the rest of Africa and Europe. Our office is in Bapsfontein, Gauteng.
How long have you been in business?
Since 2002. Lucy Rogers founded the firm, then known as LITS, and still leads it.
Do you work with public entities?
Yes. National public entities have appointed us through public tender: in 2022 to support Sage 300 ERP and Sage VIP payroll and HRM, and in 2023 for an ERP system for finance and HR. A public-sector agency has also used us as its Sage provider since 2018.
Can you help with payroll tax year-end and SARS reconciliations?
Yes. Help with SARS reconciliations and tax year-end is part of our Sage 300 People, Sage VIP and Palladium Payroll support.
Can you run our payroll for us?
Yes. As an outsourced payroll provider we capture and check the monthly payroll, handle statutory submissions such as EMP501 reconciliations, IRP5s, UIF and COID returns, reconcile payroll accounts and prepare the payroll journal. We can also run the full accounting function.
Can you give references?
Yes. We don’t publish client names, but client names and references are available on request.
Can you connect Sage to our other systems?
Yes. We build integrations between Sage and banks, payroll, e-commerce and line-of-business systems. FlowCentric recognised LAR in 2015 as the first FlowCentric partner to use the Processware API.
Do you offer training?
Yes. LAR is an Authorised Sage Training Centre, Lucy is a qualified Sage Accpac trainer, and we train users against their own data and procedures as part of our training and support service.
